5005 Aluminium disc 

    Aluminum disc, also called as aluminum disc, or aluminum disc sheet, Signi aluminium is professional aluminum discs manufacturer in China, as for small aluminum disc(diameter less than 700mm) normally they are punched from big mother coil, and big aluminum disc(diameter bigger than 700mm) they are normally sheared from a big square sheet, then packed into standard wooden case. such A1050 A1060 A1070 A1100 A1200 A3003 A3004 aluminum disc have good surface without scratch, good for spinning, deep drawing and hard anodizing, and fine grain, which is widely used for making cookware, cooking utensils, non-stick cookware fry pan etc. Our aluminum disc have been exported to United states, Canada, Chile, Mexico etc many countries.

  Signialuminium manufactures alloy 5005 aluminium disc with with higher strength and excellent in forming and corrosion resistance that can be subject to further treatment by the following methods: deep drawing, spinning,etc.

  Corrosion Resistance 5005 has the same high resistance to general corrosion as other non heat treatable aluminium alloys. It also has the higher resistance to slightly alkaline conditions common to the 5000 series alloys. The atmospheric corrosion resistance of 5005 is similar to that of 3003.
